5 Mile Run

Today Greg wanted me to do a 5 miles run...I really didn't feel like doing it, but ofcourse I had to. I completed my five miles in 1hr and 20 mins. I wanted to finish it in an hr. There are two goals here after all, one is to complete a 1/2 marathon (13.1 Miles) on my 40th birthday, the second is that I hope to look fabulous doing it. But at the rate things are going I am starting to get a little concerned. I had hoped to be at least 60 lbs lighter at this point, and 80lbs lighter by my birthday, instead I lost 44 and gained back 15...well the 15 seem like they are here to stay! One month of running my ass off I haven't lost one stinking pound, WTF. Yes I am dieting along with running, I eat salad 5 days a week, proteins, veggies and fruits and very little carbs since for me they are the kiss of death.
