Training day 2..
Sunday, February 2/22...I had a long talk with my marathon running girl friend Adah. I learned lots of infomation about running gear, supplements, days to run, how many miles to increase by each week, etc. My friend Nikki who had also run a marathon recently, was very excited for me and started giving me some pointers also. Nikki and Bridget got the idea that the rest of my pals would want to hear all about my adventure. Hence the blog began. LoriAnn advised me that I should rest my muscles and do some light excersing and not run today...so I did lots of stretching and hydrating. But I think I have been bitten by the running bug and did 2 miles on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the eliptical...
